Know why I'm in this this place because If you don't have clear goals or a Clear Vision for yourself you're going to be Following somebody else's goals and Again you're going to be a leaf blowing Around in the wind so get clear and get Detailed on what it is that you want and If you do not know what it is that you Want and maybe you're still searching For that at least Define how you want to Feel because this will help you narrow Things down and become more conscious of The different things that you should say No to in your life and the different Things that you should say yes to so at Least Define how you want to feel step Number two is to do visualization Meditations every day this is a daily Practice and this one takes consistency In order to actually work the more that You can visualize your different goals Happening in the present moment and That's what visualization meditation is Is when you go into a meditation and you Visualize living the life of your dreams Attaining those different goals and you Visualize it as if it's happening right Now and your subconscious mind doesn't Know the difference between imagination Versus reality of course your conscious Mind does but your subconscious doesn't So if you have different limiting Beliefs around your goals and you think That it's going to be really hard to get

The career of your dreams or you think That it's impossible to attract the love Of your life or whatever your current Beliefs or fears or doubts are around Your particular desires is as you Visualize them your subconscious mind is Thinking that it's a Memory that it's Happening right now and this is going to Help you override any of those limiting Beliefs any of those fears any of those Doubts that are currently holding you Back and causing your behaviors to play Out in a way that's actually being Destructive to the life of your dreams If we have fears or doubts or Limitations around our desires whenever We get the opportunity to move forward With our desires we might sabotage it or We might doubt its existence anyway Therefore we're not taking the action That's necessary and unconsciously we Won't even realize that we are Sabotaging our dreams and desires Because we don't believe it's possible Anyway or we have fears or doubts are Other limitations that are stopping us Your mindset is everything and if you Think about your ability like let's say That you could extract the mindset of a Million-dollar entrepreneur who's so Successful if you could extract their Mindset and put it into yours you know That all of a sudden you would open up So many doors and so many opportunities

Because your mindset would be able to Think about these ideas you would Believe in yourself enough to go forward On those different ideas and all of that Mindset would actually help you in Attaining that you do have this Capability and this capability comes From your ability to do the Visualization meditations and this is Going to help you rewire your Subconscious mind to sit sit in the seat Of your desired reality to think it's Actually happening and this is going to Again override all of those old Subconscious programs and if you do this Daily this is going to work for you but You have to do it daily in order for it To work because if you're not doing it Daily and you're constantly reverting Back to your old patterns your old Habits your old beliefs you are now just Solidifying more of your old self but if You can consistently daily do this Practice of visualizing being your dream Self living your dream life you are Going to create a new habit and new Pattern in your subconscious mind but The subconscious mind takes repetition In order to actually work so you have to Do this daily and consistently otherwise This technique is not going to work for You and if you want to stay more Consistent with your meditations I Highly recommend checking out the app

Let me tell you affirmations are so Incredibly powerful whenever we feel a Lot of Doubt or we don't feel ready for Something it's because we have this Internal dialogue that keeps telling us Oh I doubt my ability to achieve this I Doubt myself I don't believe it or I Have a lot of fears around that Particular thing that I'm not willing to Face and so I'm waiting for everyone Else to sort of tell me it's okay before I feel ready but the thing is you're Never going to feel ready until you Learn how to get over that and you learn How to shift your current inner dialogue And the best way to shift your inner Dialogue to be one that's confident with Enough conviction is to use the power of Affirmations as you repeat different Words such as I am confident I am Successful I'm worthy of success I know I am capable of all of my dreams and Desires as you repeat different Affirmations that are empowering like That that is going to wire in and become A new thinking habit it's going to Become a new program and then Automatically you are now going to think In these ways such as I am confident I Am ready I got this I believe in myself And as you do that now you're taking Your power back and you are going to Feel powerful to move forward with any Desire that you have any goal that you

Have you're going to feel ready and You're also going to feel confident in Yourself so the power of affirmations is Incredible but again this is a thing That you need to do daily and Consistently if you fall off the Consistency with your meditation Visualizations or with affirmations they Are not going to work because you're Going to be reverting back to your old Habits in between that and it's going to Erase all the different that you've done So if you do affirmations or something Like this for a week and then you fall Off of it for a week and then you Restart thinking like oh I'll just pick Back where I left off no you're going to Be starting from Ground Zero again Because you just reverted to your old Self again and now you're starting from Ground zero so this is a practice you Have to stay consistent with it long Enough for it to ingrain and become a New habit and there's science that shows That it takes at least 21 days to form a New habit of daily daily consistent Practice so I would recommend doing 10 Minutes a day of your visualization Meditation and 10 minutes a day of your Affirmations daily for the next 30 days In order to be sure that you've wired in This new habit and I would even suggest Doing it longer than 30 days in order to Really wire this in so if you want to be

An entrepreneur maybe that's opening up A business that might be the first step Maybe it's figuring out what kind of Business that you actually want to open But you have to take action if you're Wanting to manifest the love of your Life maybe we need to go buy a book on Dating or you know the wisdom that we Need in order to reflect on how we can Improve and become our own soulmate so That when we meet somebody it's going to Work out right what is that next step That you can do what is it it might be Small it might be big write down what Action steps you need to take and then Take those actions also another aspect Of this is to push forward because 99% Of people when things get hard or when They don't see results right away they Give up and when you give up that's Failure but if you do not give up you Are inevitably going to succeed Eventually if you don't give up but most People the 99% once things get hard or If they're pushing through and they Don't see results right away as soon as They thought that they would they give Up and then they revert back to to their Old way of being and their old self you Need to stick to your vision stick to Your goals and that's why it's important To have goals you need to have something That you're striving towards in order to Get ahead and once you create that

Vision then you visualize it you start Working on your mindset through Affirmations through that visualization Process now you start taking action and You push forward regardless of how hard It gets regardless if you're not seeing Results right away and for me even Creating my YouTube channel I was doing YouTube for 5 years before I ever even Made money on it before I ever even saw Progress and 5 years is a long time but That was necessary for me to learn how To talk well on camera it was necessary For me to learn how to edit videos Better and so as you work towards a goal It might take some time before you start Seeing results but the thing is is if You give up you're falling right back Into that 99% if you don't give up You're going to be part of that 1% that Gets ahead and then the last point if You want to manifest any goal this is so Important and this is journaling or Doing some form of reflection this is so Important because one thing I'll tell You is it doesn't matter how much action You take if you're taking action in the Wrong direction you're not getting Anywhere so when it comes to achieving Your goals it is so important to do some Form of reflection because this is where You can see where you may need to make Some changes or revisions and this is Where you can reflect on what's going

Right what's going wrong and that's Where you can decide what you need to Shift and let go of and what you need to Continue doing and amplify this is so Important because you also get to see Okay where are my mistakes where can I Fix this and this will help you begin to Uncover and see what actions are helping You and what actions are maybe not Helping you and what do we need to learn And do most people do not take the time Out to actually reflect on their action Because they're thinking oh well if it's Not working out for me I guess it wasn't Meant to be or I guess like the universe Is against me or something like this People come up with all different Reasons but if you take time out to Journal to reflect on what's going right In your life what's going wrong this is Going to be where you begin to see Things you get epiphanies whenever I Journal I get so many epiphanies even if I'm just journaling and writing down all The things that went wrong in my day as I'm doing that sometimes it allows me Time to fully reflect and think back on Those things and then all of a sudden Light bulbs go off and I'm like oh wait A second I'm seeing a pattern here I'm Seeing a cycle that I need to break and I start to see how and why these things Are happening and occurring this is so Important you guys so if you really want
