To get real with myself and be like Everything that is in my control have I Really done my best with those things Have I really put my best foot forward To change those things for the better to Start changing my life with everything That is within my control or have I just Been whining and B about it and not Actually taking action and that's where I want you to be real with yourself Because while we will also be talking About energies manifestation all of These things let's also be aware of the Fact that our actions impact our Realities and the only reason why you're Currently living in this reality that You've got whether you love it or There's a lot of room for improvement is Because this reality is based on all of The choices that you've made and this Current reality of yours is based on how You have been thinking and feeling Because the way that you think and the Way that you feel impacts the actions That you take and therefore creates your Life right because as we just spoke About your life is based on all of the Previous actions that you took up until The point of you watching this video and There's a reason why you're here and for Each and every one of you that are still Here watching I want you to know that When you get up from this video when you Go on and do something else your life

Way that you're beating yourself up day In and day out if it was your mom your Sister your best friend some random Person even would you talk to them with As much Bas in your voice as you talk to Yourself Or would you give them a little bit more Of a soft approach and tell them that All right what's happened up until this Point has happened we can't go back and Change the past however what we can do Is be kind to ourselves and create a Future that we truly desire so it's Important that you don't beat yourself Up because what is that going to do Seriously how is that going to help you All it's going to do is diminish your Self-worth it's going to diminish your Self-confidence and the thing is we need Confidence in order for you to create a New reality we need you to be standing On business we need you to have said What you said with your chest and to Mean it so aside from being confident Glorious and beautiful who is the new You this is the next step we're going to Identify who the new you truly is what Does she wear how do they look how do They walk how do they talk what is their Vocabulary like what do they do Professionally what is their love life Like and there's so many ways that can Help you to identify the new you Playfully and in a manner that is just
Going to inspire you to take more action More quickly for me the new me was Someone who is healthy who eats Whole Foods not any processed stuff she is Still plant-based she is still the tarot And Oracle deck Queen she loves to help Other people she only entertains Romantic relationships that actually Value her cuz let's remember just Because someone can afford you doesn't Mean that they value you let that sink In she is also hardworking and organized And she works out she's got her ish Together yeah she does all of that and She makes it look easy and also the Clothes that she wears she is classy She's refined she's elegant she wears Light colors she wears feminine clothes That was the new me you may have a very Similar depiction but you may also feel Completely differently about who the new You is that is going to be living in Your new reality so identify this be Very clear on where you're going and who You're becoming and feel free to comment In the comment section what some of the Most important attributes of the new you Are both external and internal traits Because let's be real we live in a world Where priv where pretty privilege is a Thing and looks matter an image does Really have an effect on our lives and How we feel so let's not pretend like All of these things don't matter because
They do and you are allowed to want to Have a goal for yourself internally as Well as externally so please do share With me and all of your brothers and Sisters here on this channel where You're headed towards and who's going to Be living in your dream reality Congratulations nice to meet the new you So now that you have this beautiful Image and depiction we are not just Going to sit there and think this is who I want to be we are going to commit to Them we're going to commit to her and There are so many ways in which you can Do this I will share just a few because I don't want this video to be too crazy Long but ways in which you can show up As the person you want to be is dressing Like that person you can do that Immediately if you've got a financial Goal get a hold of your finances right Now if the new version of you the Version of you you want to be is highly Financially successful is the type of Person who has complete abundance in Their life Financial Freedom you need to Get in check of the pennies you got Right now in order to be able to control The dollars that you're manifesting that You're getting towards and that is the New you because guess what if you can't Control what you've got right now if you Have no overview what's going on within Your life your accounts your wallet
Right now you will have even less of a Clue when there's more coming in and Quite frankly speaking energetically it Is a energetic frequency that tells the Universe you are not ready for more so In order to be ready for more you have To show that you've got what's going on Right now under control and that you're Comfortable in this space so we spoke About dressing the way you want to dress Also doing your makeup your hair the way You want to do it if you wear makeup or If hair is something that is important To you of course we all have different Preferences but this is about you Becoming your ideal person this is about You committing to that version of where You're going and then reverse Engineering this entire process okay cuz That's the secret to it and seeing who You want to become and thinking okay What are the habits that this person Does every single day and then you Assimilate to that which means you do The same thing all right you try to Imitate because success leaves Clues and The version of you I hope at least is a More successful version than who you are Right now in whatever realm whether that Is Health whether that's finances Whether that's your personal Relationships so what you're going to Want to do is to act the way that they Would act what time do they get up what
Do they drink in the morning what do They eat do they out do they wear their Favorite outfits what do they do every Single morning that creates this success Because success is based on the habits And your daily routines so what we're Going to do then is we're going to Reverse engineer who you want to become And then start to do those daily Routines of that person for me it was You know eating oatmeal and things like That for me it was actually showing up At the gym rather than thinking to Myself I don't want to show up not Because I don't want to work out but Because I don't like that my gym is Literally like a dog Den like a pitbull Den don't want to get into that Different topic for another day but just Showing up and reminding myself you know What but we're all human and it's okay I Don't need to care about anything that Goes on outside of my little energetic Bubble I am here to get serious about Future me I am here because I'm standing On business about my new life I am Buying this oatmeal and this oat milk Because I know that this is what I need To eat in order to feel better to look Better to replace my current unhealthy Choices with healthier ones I know that Right when I get up I have to put on That sheet mask and I need to read Because my life purpose is to help you
Guys my life purpose is to uplift people To show you guys empathy love compassion To inspire you to become the best Versions of yourself to be that big Sister that you never had that always Reminds you of your worth and always Reminds you of how much potential that You've still got but in a way that you Actually don't just look at your Potential and then feel depressed again Because you are not reaching your Highest Potential bet that actually Shows you your potential gives you an Action plan and has you reach that Highest Potential that is my goal that Is why Vanessa Saina exists that's why I Created this version of myself and what I did was I stood on business so make Those habits and those routines that you Know the future you has a must and every Single day you are inching closer to That reality there is literally no other Way if you put in the work you're going To get get to the destination just think About it if you want to run 5 km 10 mil However much if you just keep putting One foot in front of the other no matter How slow you will eventually get there As long as you don't quit so while I am All about manifestation and using Positive thinking and thoughts that Align with where you're going so high Vibrational thoughts thoughts that are Positive thoughts of Love visualizing
Where you're going while I want you to Use all of that in order order to get There we also need to act as if we are Already that person and the best way is To reverse engineer like I even wrote it Down right here in my notes so for Example if you want to become a Successful business owner right you need A business but then you're like where do I even start well you've got to work on It you've got to create the concept You've got to start learning but where Does it start what is the root of this Reality what is the root of this version Of your life it is believing in yourself That's the root that I came to Everything has a root and in order to Plant that seed and for something to Grow that will bear fruit first and Foremost we need to know where the root Is we need to know what the seed is that Has to be planted now I also did this And I reversed engineer having your Soulmate by your side having an amazing Love life being married having kids a Family so to have that of course you Need someone then we reverse engineer You live with them marriage kids the Step before that get engaged the step Before that have a great relationship so You guys will even want to get engaged Then before that you have to find them Before that step in order to find them Because that's maybe where you're at
Right now at the step where you're like Okay this is Vanessa I know what the end Goal is but I don't even know where to Begin well guess what the root the seed The origin where we're going to start is To love yourself feel and look your best So you attract someone who is even a Worthy partner to be with long term and Who is a healthy partner for you to be With and who loves you just as much as You love them cuz on a little side note I just want to say when it comes to Manifesting love boy oh boy please for The love of Life do not just manifest Someone that you are obsessed with that Looks amazing and is Rich wealthy Successful and has a six-pack and Beautiful shiny hair and green eyes blue Eyes you know what is that song I'm Looking for a man in finance blue eyes 65 please don't do that manifest someone Who has amazing internal traits keep the External traits to maybe one or two Things and then the most important thing That you must look for is that they are Obsessed with you that they love you in Every shape way and form and in every Situation all right because we often Make the mistake to manifest a lover but We forget it's not enough that we love Them and that we're obsessed with them They need to be at least as obsessed With us if not a little more sprinkles Sprinkle all right you guys and to close
