Literally go to McDonald's like I don't Care I just want want to hang out with You we don't even have to go out like we Can go to the park and sit on a bench And hang out I really don't care Or like another example of this would be Like if the friend is saying oh I just Love you so much you're always so Cheerful I just love how cheerful you Are it always lifts my Spirits so then when the cheerful person Is now Depressed they're like oh but I I don't Want to I don't want to bring them down Like they've come to be and it it makes Sense they get this positive Reinforcement for showing up in a Certain Way but now they feel Like well you love me for when I'm Cheerful so now if I'm depressed you're Not going to want to hang out with me I Don't want to like I don't want to dump That on You there's Something like the version of them that People have have come to know and Love is just Not they don't have it in them to be That version Anymore and it's like they feel bad Because they feel like they owe people That that version of Them you know the the cheerful chipper

When they project that on to other People it becomes like I'm not worthy of This person's attention unless I reach This Goal so I think that's something not Great that they're doing And incidentally I also think that it's This very Goal that they're not working Towards So in the millionaire example it's like They're saying I can't be with group Number three because I'm not a Millionaire yet and so they're going to Think I'm a loser and then they're also Saying I don't have time for Relationships because I'm I'm working on Becoming a millionaire but then they're Not actually doing anything to become a Millionaire and it's like it's a cycle That just keeps repeating they're not Doing anything to reach their goal and Then they keep using the fact that they Haven't reached H it's like Self-sabotage they keep using the fact That they haven't reached this goal to Self-deprecate Themselves and maybe in a weird Twisted Way they are holding on to this Incomplete Goal so that what so that they don't Have to face the real reason for for low Self-esteem Or they can hold on to
