One of the most powerful times of day to Manifest or create change in your life Is right when you wake up you're in a Lower brain wave state which means you Can impact your subconscious mind and Form new habits create deeper shifts and Change your reality much faster in Today's video I'm going to walk you Through my manifestation morning routine And all of the habits that I do when I Am wanting to create a big shift or Manifest something big into my life The best thing to ask yourself right When you wake up is what would the Highest version of me choose to think Feel and do right now and I notice when I do this it helps me step away from Other habits that might not be serving Me such as going on my phone right when I wake up or just rambling on into Thoughts about what I need to do in my Day this helps me stay centered grounded And connected to a higher energy right When I wake up One of my go-to practices is journaling Because it helps me reflect on my Current patterns and habits so that I Can become more aware of what I want to Change in my life and it's also amazing For manifesting because I can gain Clarity on what I truly want and also Build more Awareness on who I need to Become in order to start building that New reality the biggest key to to

Manifesting is matching your thoughts Feelings and actions to the version of Yourself who already has everything that You want because once your thoughts Feelings and actions match what you Desire your desire will become the Natural byproduct of who you are being Some of my favorite journaling prompts Are what am I manifesting into my life Right now what would the highest version Of myself do every morning what is her Rou what habits would I stop doing what Makes me feel negative and what makes me Feel positive how would the highest Version of myself think feel and act how Can I embody these thoughts feelings Actions and habits now is there anything Holding me back if so how would the Highest version of myself handle this Situation how did this week go what went Well what do I want to change how can I Embody my highest self throughout the Upcoming week and when I refer to my Highest self or the highest version of Myself I'm talking about the version of Myself that already has everything that I currently desire because as you Reflect on these different questions This is where you can start to see how You need to change your thoughts Feelings and actions in order to better Match what it is that you want and that Is how you get into alignment with what You want to

Manifest once I have a clear idea of What I want to manifest and who I need To become the most powerful practice That I like to do is a visualization Meditation this is where you visualize Yourself living your dream life where Your desire has already manifested this Helps you embody the feeling of already Having it which is another key to Attracting it into your life I continue meditating until I feel as if I am truly living that new reality and Once I open my eyes I continue embodying That new state of being and I go about The rest of my day as that new version Of myself this practice is called a Walking meditation and it helps to Create a powerful internal shift and the Longer you can embody that new you and Those new emotions the faster you will See change in your external Reality having some kind of healthy Nourishment and being conscious of what You consume will also help you have Optimal energy throughout your day and When I was filming this I was actually In Fiji and our Resort had the best Fruits every morning but I usually have Some kind of protein with my breakfasts As well and here you can see my husband Come up and sneak attack Me next I also like to get ready and do Some skin care I think taking care of Yourself daily is so essential to
