You've been overthinking overanalyzing Over planning and it's been Overwhelming and you don't need to do All of That you don't need to over plan Overthink before just getting started on Something you can get started because The only way to actually learn something Is to get started and actually gain the Experience that's the only way to master Something you you can't master something By overthinking it you can't master Something by going over it in your mind A million times before you actually go And do it that's never going to make you More ready in fact it's actually just Making you more stressed and more Anxious of the thing because you're Overthinking it and now there's way too Many options there's way too many Outcomes that you've overthought that's Overwhelming that is taking your power Away that is keeping you Stuck do not overthink it always steals Your power it never makes you more Prepared it actually makes you less Prepared because now your brain is Overwhelmed and when you're in a state Of overwhelm it's hard for you to move Forward it's hard for you to see clearly And when we lack that Clarity that's Where we make mistakes and get stuck but It's okay to make mistakes so one thing I want to tell you right now it's okay
It is okay just quit the overthinking I Know it's easier said than done but Anytime that you catch yourself Overthinking just come back to the Feeling of no it's okay I belong Transmute that energy and just take Action the way that you can transmute Overthinking give yourself that 5-second Rule if you've ever heard about the 5-second rule if you can make a decision Within 5 Seconds you will stop the overthinking Process so whenever it comes to taking Action towards a goal or exploring Something new or diving into a new Direction give yourself 5 Seconds to Make a decision if you choose no okay Well then that's no if you choose yes Just go and do it don't even think about It no no more thoughts about it just go Do and then take action that will help You transmute that overthinking into Progress and action and then that's Going to be how you gain experience to Actually become a master in this area And that's the only way you are going to Become comfortable in this new realm in This new area of your life in this next Chapter that's the only way to become Comfortable is to actually just take Action and not overthink right we also Have the card of Secrets so there is so Much more that you're going to uncover In this next chapter and I also feel
