Just I think in my case it was like Perfectionism or feeling like what if It's not good or the dread of having to Sort through the ideas until you find a Good one which now I feel like it's it's Fun and it's part of the process but it Just felt so daunting at one point so There's like a blockage for them to do The things that they really want to do And that could be affecting your Connection you know they could be if This person is in your life they could Be fumbling opportunities with you as Well and then being like damn it why did I do that so it's not that they don't Care it's not that they're not Aware they're just as aware as you I Want to say and they're just as Frustrated about it as you are but I Think the positive thing is that that Awareness means they're already in the Process of healing it And it will just be it's just a matter Of time and a matter of repeated Experiences for them to get out of this Pattern so maybe that mirroring that we See between the two of you is that You're both Currently healing from self-sabotaging Thought patterns or healing from Self-deprecating thought patterns that Have stood in the way between you and What you really want and maybe one of Those things that you really want want
